This guest suite includes a bedroom with king bed, a bathroom with shower, and a large living area with king pull out couch, small dining table, and smart TV. It does not have a kitchen - it has a microwave, toaster, ice maker, small refrigerator with freezer, and full coffee bar. Since we are right on the lake, there are trains that run by several times a day. We find them charming and nostalgic! We provide sound machines and a fan if the noise would bother you at night. If this is a deal breaker for you, please don't book.

This space is located within walking distance to restaurants and is right across the street from the marina. Because of this, the railroad tracks are across the street as well. Trains run throughout the day - we find them soothing and nostalgic, and provide a noise canceling device and a fan, but if this is going to bother you, please do not book.
