This guest suite includes a bedroom with king bed, a bathroom with shower, and a large living area with king pull out couch, small dining table, and smart TV. It does not have a kitchen - it has a microwave, toaster, ice maker, small refrigerator with freezer, and full coffee bar. Since we are right on the lake, there are trains that run by several times a day. We find them charming and nostalgic! We provide sound machines and a fan if the noise would bother you at night. If this is a deal breaker for you, please don't book.

This space is ideally located within walking distance to restaurants and is less than a mile from Villa Bellezza winery and 1.7 miles from Woods & Co wedding venue. It is directly across from the marina, and because of this, the railroad tracks are across the street as well. Trains run at unpredictable intervals- we find them soothing and nostalgic, and provide a noise canceling device and a fan, but please note this if you are a light sleeper.
