My husband and I celebrated our one year anniversary in Pepin, and we loved our stay. Mary was excellent to work with! She was responsive, allowed us to check in a little early, and even dropped off a toaster for us. We loved sitting outside by the fireplace at night, and everything was a convenient walk. The bed was super comfy, and she even had robes for us. If we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed at Peace of Pepin while in town for our daughter’s wedding, along with the groom’s parent’s. It was the perfect place for the 4 of us to relax during a very busy weekend. The home is beautiful, so well outfitted and very comfortable, clean and quiet (the trains just added to the whole charm). Would stay again in the future.

Mary was so accommodating and her place not only has everything you need, but also really nice touches that made it feel cozy and elevated. The couch and bed were to die for! She was a wonderful host, leaving me with plenty of suggestions for the area. It was the perfect place to get ready for a wedding and unwind in my free time.

Amazing home right across the street from the Lake! Train tracks also run with the river so there is noise and vibrations from trains, but it didn’t bother us and we enjoyed watching the trains fly by! Noise machines and fans made sleeping easy. Very updated kitchen and bathrooms and very comfy beds. We loved our stay!

What a beautiful little spot! The owners thought of absolutely everything, we could not have wanted for a thing! The space was small, but exactly what we needed, well maintained, very clean and that bed!!! SO comfortable. We loved the chairs outside and the swing! Loved sitting in the swing and reading while peeking at a view of the Mississippi River.
The location is ideal, we had a wedding at Hidden Meadow event center and it was only 5 miles away, SO convenient. We loved being able to walk to so many different places as well, lots of good options nearby.
I would highly recommend staying here, we hope to come back soon!

We stayed for only one night after a friend’s wedding down the road. Such a cozy and homey stay right by the river. We loved the aesthetic of the interior and the courtyard with the hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after the day! My friend and I fell in love with the king bed and fan in the bedroom, we kept talking about it after. Some of the best sleep we have ever gotten! Mary was super kind and responsive. Would stay again!

Mary exceed expectations again. The location is great. We walked to everything. The amenities are amazing from 3 different towels: sauna/hot tub, beach, and bath. Plus outside towel/blankets for the chairs we referred to as "whale chairs" because we both could comfortably share a whale chair for a nap. The hot tub and sauna were wonderful to use. The coffee station has so many great choices of ways to prepare our morning beverages. Mary is an excellent communicator. We received all our directions minutes before we thought to ask; like how to check in, do we need anything, how to check out. We will rent from Mary again.

This Airbnb was amazing! The place was spotlessly clean, and the charm was undeniable. The view of the lake was absolutely breathtaking, and I could have spent hours just taking it all in. The hot tub and sauna were the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway
